    1. Delivery
      We currently offer:

      Free Next Working Day Delivery on orders over £50 (excluding VAT).
      Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day on a tracked 24-hour service.
      Orders after 3pm are dispatched the next working day.
      We do not currently deliver to offshore islands or the Scottish Highlands.

    2. Click & Collect

      You may arrange to collect your order from our warehouse - please contact us to confirm availability and schedule.

    3. Delivery – Additional Notes

      1. Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day on a 24-hour tracked service. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

      2. Please note: Orders placed on or around Bank Holidays may be subject to delays.

      3. We do not deliver to offshore islands or the Scottish Highlands at this time.

    4. Returns Policy

      1. Unwanted Items

        You have 30 days to return items in unused, saleable condition in their original packaging.
        Packaging must be free of grease, labels, or tape Items must not be fitted or opened (e.g. sealed bags).
        The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
        Refunds are issued within 10 working days of receiving the return (and depending on your bank) with a valid returns authorisation number.

      2. Incorrect or Faulty

        Items If you receive the wrong item or it does not fit your vehicle due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return or replacement If the item is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue

      3. Special Orders

        Items specially ordered in for you may be non-returnable or may incur a handling fee.

        These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis If you're unsure whether a product is compatible, please contact us before ordering.

      4. Returns – Additional Information

        1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate any return, including for incorrect, unwanted, or faulty items. Returned goods must be in saleable, unused condition, in their original packaging, free from grease, tape, or labels. Items that have been fitted or opened sealed bags (unless faulty) cannot be returned. Items returned in poor condition may incur re-boxing charges.

        2. Refunds are typically processed within 3 working days of receiving the item back, but may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.

    5. Warranty Issues

      1. All items supplied by VPA Distribution Ltd are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. If a product develops a fault during the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

      2. What to do if you suspect a fault:

        Email or call us with your order details and a description of the issue.

        Provide photos or videos where relevant, to help us assess the problem quickly.

        Do not dispose of the item until we’ve confirmed the next steps.

        We may need to inspect the item or return it to the manufacturer for further evaluation. If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

        Please note:

        Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer.

        Damage caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, or unauthorised modification is not covered.

        Return postage for warranty claims may be refunded at our discretion depending on the circumstances.
