Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

• Free next working day delivery on orders over £50 (ex VAT)
• Orders placed by 2pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched same day
• Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day
• We do not currently deliver to offshore islands or the Scottish Highlands

Returns

Unwanted Items

• Return within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original, unmarked packaging
• Returns must include an authorisation number
• Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error
• Refunds processed within 3 working days of receiving returned items
• Items that are opened or fitted are not returnable unless faulty

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If we send the wrong item or it arrives faulty, we’ll cover return shipping or send a replacement. Contact us immediately.

Special Orders

Specially ordered items may be non-returnable or may incur a handling fee. If unsure about compatibility, please contact us before ordering.
